We will collect your real-name information (including name, ID number, and phone number) with your consent or when you voluntarily provide it. 1.3 To ensure the normal operation of our services, maintain basic game functionalities, optimize game performance, enhance your gaming experience, and protect your account security, we will collect your device type, device name, device language, device model and version, operating system, system properties, IP address, application ID, network type, device identifiers (including IMEI, IMSI, MAC address, Android ID, hardware serial number), carrier information, running processes, and installed app lists.
1.4 When you use Naxun Technology's gaming services, we will collect your gaming log information, including login logs, item logs, game session information, and friend records, so that you can view your gaming history in the client. This information is also used for statistical analysis of game operations, customer service complaint handling, and other game security analyses. To ensure consistency and stability in your gaming experience, we may synchronize this information to subsequent versions of the game.
1.5 When you use the consumption features of Naxun Technology's games, we will collect your recharge and purchase records to allow you to query your transaction history and protect the security of your virtual items. Recharge and purchase records are considered sensitive information, and their collection is necessary to enable the consumption features of Naxun Technology's games. Without this information, transactions cannot be completed.
1.6 To ensure the security of your gaming account and maintain a fair, healthy, and safe gaming environment, we will collect your device and game identification information, including device identifiers, hardware and operating system information, process and game crash records, installed app lists, overall game usage, and game channel sources. This information is used to detect and prevent behaviors that disrupt game fairness or interfere with the normal operation of game services (e.g., detecting piracy, scanning for cheats, and preventing fraud).
1.7 When you interact with other players in the game through text, images, voice, video, or other means, we may collect and store the content of your communications. This information is processed through a third-party content security system to filter inappropriate content such as pornography, violence, politics, insults, and malicious advertisements, thereby maintaining a healthy gaming environment.
1.8 To provide you with location-based gaming services, we will collect your geographical location information (including nearby Wi-Fi and base station IDs, i.e., CellID). Geographical location information is considered sensitive personal information. Refusal to provide this information will only prevent you from using the corresponding location-based gaming features but will not affect your use of other game functionalities.

To address your requests, customer service representatives may need to query or verify your relevant information within the scope of your authorization. We verify whether the real-name information of relevant accounts belongs to children through real-name identity information and decide whether to include such accounts in the anti-addiction system. Additionally, we collect children's login time and game duration to automatically intervene and limit minors' gaming time at the system level, enable forced logout functions, and guide children to play games reasonably, helping them use the internet healthily.

If we need to collect personal information from you or your child beyond the above scope, we will inform you again and obtain your consent.
